We are distributing in 25 countries and have partnered with reputable retailers both online and physical stores such as Amazon, Carrefour and LULU Hypermarkets.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
You will receive tracking information by SMS or to your email once your parcel is on it’s way to you! All orders are shipped via Sendle (Courier) or Australia Post standard delivery, depending on location within Australia.
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Your products are shipped from our store in Victoria and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.
Express postage is available upon request for an additional fee. Please email us on email@example.com. However due to the current COVID-19 situation express delivery is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a pick up or collection service for orders placed online. All items ordered online are shipped direct from our store.
You will receive an order tracking confirmation SMS or email once your parcel is on it’s way to you based on the details provided on your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it accidently ends up there. If you have not received your tracking email or are having issues accessing the link, please contact our support team for further assistance. If you have an online account with us, please log in and you can then access and view your order status under the “my account” section.
Yes, you can send your order to another address other than your registered address, which is useful if you're sending gifts.
You will need to contact us as soon as possible to cancel/change your order. We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any cancellations or amendments.
If you are unable to sign for your parcel upon delivery, and it is not safe or not authorized to leave your parcel at the delivery address, please follow the instructions from the courier company that may include pick up from collection point or redelivery
If you notice that the courier has been unable to deliver your parcel as declared “return to sender” on your tracking information (this can occur from time to time if the address is invalid, the person is unknown at the address or if the delivery driver has been unable to access the premises), please contact our online support team here for a resolution process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any special delivery requests for online orders. Please ensure the delivery address provided is valid and accessible for all deliveries.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
We currently offer shipping Australia-wide. We are unable to offer international shipping. If you have any further questions regarding this, please contact our online support team here.
We predominantly use non- leather, synthetic fabric and rubber for all our shoes. Please see our product features on PUCA Technology page and also descriptions on the individual product pages for more information.
PUCA SHOES are manufactured from non-leather and synthetic fabric material and can be cleaned easily at home. Wipe off loose surface soil with a paper towel. Use soap/detergent solution diluted with water and lightly scrub on the fabric without over wetting. Wipe shoe with a paper towel moistened with clear water. Blot with a dry paper towel and allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
PUCA shoes do not replace athletic shoes. We don’t recommend running a marathon in them, however, if you’re running errands, travelling the world, or on your feet all day they are a fantastic option!

We try our best to provide the most accurate sizing information and conversions, however please keep in mind that due to the nature of footwear, not all sizing, styles or fabrics will fit or feel the same for every individual. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We are happy to assist if you require a replacement due to size issues provided the products are received within 30 days of purchase and in ‘as original’ condition including the shoe box. Our team will assist you to arrange for a return label or pick up subject to your availability.

We do not offer exchange for other products. You will need to purchase a new product and return the original product. Refund will be issued as per the returns policy terms and conditions.

Please make sure you have your PUCA SHOES Order ID ready (you will find this on your original PUCA SHOES order confirmation)
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a defect or fault with one of our products, please contact us as soon as possible and we would like to help you resolve the problem.
PUCA SHOES may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.
If the item is found to be faulty, PUCA SHOES will repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate.
Once your goods have been received back at our store, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed back to your original account or payment method. Refunds will be processed for the net amount paid i.e the product amount after deducting any discounts applied and recovering damages for the shoe box.
Please kindly note once a refund has been processed to your After Pay account, After Pay will then contact you to confirm the refund amount depending on the amount of payments you have made. For example, if you have only paid 2 instalments of your total order value, After Pay will only refund the partial amount paid with them, and then cancel the remaining outstanding amount. This may mean that you would receive a partial refund of your total order value as only that amount was captured from your linked credit card up to the refund date. For further information please see

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Pay Pal, AMEX, Shop pay, Google pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
If you have an Afterpay account you can receive your order and pay for it with 4 equal payments over 6-8 weeks. Your order will be processed immediately, there’s no interest or added fees, and no payment required at checkout. A promo code is a series of numbers and letters that gives you to a specific discount or percentage off your purchase when entered at the shopping cart. An example of a promo code could be, "enter promo code '123ABC' in the shopping cart to receive x% off". This promo would come with certain terms and conditions and will often be time sensitive. Promo codes are not to be confused with gift vouchers, which need to be entered at the cart page before checkout.
Unfortunately, Promo codes can only be applied in the shopping cart screen at time of purchase. No promotional code can be honoured after an order has been placed. If you are having trouble using a promotional code, please check the terms and conditions to ensure that all items are applicable. No, currently we do not offer any online store credits. Orders cancelled with be refunded as per the returns policy.
Unfortunately, we do not have gift cards available to purchase online. You can however enter a separate delivery address to your billing address if you wished to send an order as a gift. We do not include a tax invoice in the parcel. In this case, please retain you order number and order confirmation email as your invoice receipt. Please note any purchase that is sent as a gift but is returned to us will refunded only to the original payment method.
